    How It Works

    1. Veterinarian diagnosis is required before ordering a Home Exercise Plan.

    2. Owner(s) or referring Veterinarian completes the order form via the link on this website.  *Copies of medical records must be submitted on the order form and should include signalment, diagnosis, medical history, current medications, as well as client and veterinarian information.

    3. Submit the completed order form and proceed to the payment page.

    4. Submit payment online.

    5. Veterinary Therapies receives the order and our Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) prescribes individualized exercises and therapies.

    6. Owner(s) then receive the Home Exercise Plan via the email provided on the order form, typically, within 72 hours of submitting the order.                * The Home Exercise Plan is a digital list of exercises and therapies with written instructions or video demonstrations. The plan allows digital/online tracking as rehabilitation progresses. The plan can also be printed if preferred.
