How It Works
-
Veterinarian diagnosis is required before ordering a Home Exercise Plan.
-
Owner(s) or referring Veterinarian completes the order form via the link on this website. *Copies of medical records must be submitted on the order form and should include signalment, diagnosis, medical history, current medications, as well as client and veterinarian information.
-
Submit the completed order form and proceed to the payment page.
-
Submit payment online.
-
Veterinary Therapies receives the order and our Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) prescribes individualized exercises and therapies.
-
Owner(s) then receive the Home Exercise Plan via the email provided on the order form, typically, within 72 hours of submitting the order. * The Home Exercise Plan is a digital list of exercises and therapies with written instructions or video demonstrations. The plan allows digital/online tracking as rehabilitation progresses. The plan can also be printed if preferred.
